What is more important to you: the money or the work?
Perhaps satisfaction is the most important one. not just the money or work. We may not be satisfied even if we have the money. but our performance will definitely give us the satisfaction as well as the money. So ultimately, we must go for satisfaction and decide which of our action is going to give us the same. According to me both money and work are very important. With out money we can’t do any thing and also with out work we can’t earn money. When we work hard we will get money. Both money and work are the two face of one coin. Now a days the people are more depended on money. If we have money we get every thing in the word for this we have to work hard.
Why did you leave your last job?
Stay positive regardless of the circumstances. Never refer to a major problem with management and never speak ill of supervisors, co-workers or the organization. If you do, you will be the one looking bad. Keep smiling and talk about leaving for a positive reason such as an opportunity, a chance to do something special or other forward-looking reasons
